Returns Policy

As a Business Customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within two days of receipt of order; however we reserve the right to charge you restocking and/or cancellation fees as per the full Terms and Conditions.

When you have had receipt of your order for more than two days, we do not offer returns on non-faulty items. In some circumstances we may accept a return.

Where a product is incorrect, damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a replacement. Please contact us to discuss. In any case, all returns will be at the expense of the customer.  No Returns will be accepted without prior approval.
